01
Our approach
MUSE Security WorX Australia Pty Ltd aims to make this website and its information usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
This statement describes our approach and how to ask for assistance. It does not claim that the website meets a particular Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) conformance level, has independent accessibility certification, or is free of accessibility barriers.
02
Ask for help or another format
If you have difficulty accessing a page, reading a diagram or using a feature, email rob.slattery@musesecworx.com. You can also ask for website information in another format.
Where practical, please tell us:
- The page address and what you were trying to do.
- The difficulty you encountered, or the information and format you need.
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if relevant and you are comfortable sharing it.
You do not need to disclose a disability or provide medical information. Please do not include passwords, confidential material or other sensitive information. We will consider your request and work with you on a practical way to access the information.
03
Using the enquiry form
The website enquiry form opens your email application with a prepared message; it does not send the message automatically. If that feature does not work for you, contact us directly at rob.slattery@musesecworx.com using your usual email service.
04
Feedback and improvements
We welcome feedback about accessibility barriers and will use it to help prioritise improvements. If you contact us, we may ask for further details to understand the problem and discuss a suitable alternative.
Personal information provided with a request is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We will update this statement when the information or assistance arrangements described here change.
